Lifework DFW is a faith-based leadership development program for influencers in the DFW area that strives to breathe new life into marketplace leaders – equipping and inspiring them to live more intentional, Kingdom-centered lives thus enabling them to become a greater force for God. At Lifework we dream about transforming cities by transforming leaders. In this regard Lifework has been influencing culture for more than 25 years. First in the USA, then in Africa and now in several cities across the globe.

Lifework DFW is committed to building a community of leaders who have been transformed from the inside out. This is the mission that inspires and motivates those of us who have experienced the Lifework Leadership development program and community.
- Vision
We envision bringing vitality to cities by transforming and mobilizing Christian business leaders. Imagine a generation of business leaders who cross vocational, denominational, and racial lines to transform the minds and hearts of their companies, churches and communities.
- History
Lifework Leadership was birthed in 1992 when U.S. Senator William Armstrong (CO) convened Christian business leaders to cast a vision for a world, city by city, that could be transformed through leaders who had a clear calling and a biblical worldview.
Lifework continues with monthly meetings that will be held at multiple locations in DFW to help facilitate an in-person opportunity to continue the conversation and build upon it with additional speakers and networking opportunities. During these meetings you will be personally inspired and challenged to see how you can deeping your own faith walk and leadership journey. For the 2024-2025 session, we will be holding these meetings in person at the Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, TX, the Fort Worth Club in downtown Fort Worth, and at other locations.
There are many different ways to be a part of this experience. You can register to attend as a participant. You can volunteer to share a case study from your own business where you have found your own leadership walk challenged. For those who are alumni of Lifework Leadership or developed an exemplary company culture, we invite you to lead a session where you can share what you have learned and how you accomplished it.
